Co-op Career Mode - Encore songs in single player mode?

Does anyone know the situation with Co-op Career Mode Encore songs? Are they initially ONLY available in Co-op Career, and once cleared can they then be played in single player/quick play etc? It's false advertising. Slither is in the commercial but not a playable song in the game.

It will be in the game on an expansion pack for Xbox 360 and PS3 due out soon... it has been confirmed

Bonus tracks

Anyone knows if there will be some kind of reward if beating the bonus tracks?? I mean, in GH II (I have the 360 version) there wasn't any kind of reward for playing the bonus tracks. No money, no characters, no scenarios... It would be a good addition to GH III to give us some kind of 'present' after beating the bonus tracks in each difficulty. Or money, anyways. There isn't nothing in GH II that makes me play the bonus tracks again (although I play them because I like 'em), and this should be the solution.

Take a look at the XBOX360 achievements... there is nothing that hints at anything extra special. Play for your enjoyment.

GH3 Wireless Guitar for 360

As has been mentioned the picture is not correct (assuming most of the Les Pauls are white). Also, you may want to add that according to GameStop the 360 wireless controller IS NOT compatible with the plug and play charger... There is now a DLC pack that lets you play the boss battle songs in quick play. I know it's free for the 360, but I don't know about the other ones.

Guitar hero 3 release?

Sorr i swear last question, i doubt anyone will know but i am going to a gamestop to get guitar hero 3 for my pre-order and they said they will open at 11 pm, i thought it was 12 am why is that. they also said that they will be doing "fun activities" at 11 pm?

they are having a prerelease party/competition leading up to the midnight release. they will close at normal time and reopen at 11, unlike the halo release where they stayed open.

Guitar Hero III Midnight Store Opening Locations

Best Buy is opening a bunch of stores at midnight tonight for the GH3 release. You can see a list at http://www.bestbuy.com/GH3. Not sure if that's something that should be included in the article since on one hand it's a blatant advertisement for Best Buy, but on the other hand I think a lot of people could be interested. I recently emailed Aspyr Media about the current release dates for mac and pc.

This should be mentioned, as a good number of 360 and PS2 bundles have the wired controllers that were featured in GH2. With the pre-release confusion whether or not 360 was going to ship with a wireless controller or not, many customers assumed that a wireless guitar was not released on the launch date. The walmart package does clearly state that there is a wired controller in the box
