While you don't want to give your prospective employer a book about your life in the form of a resume, nor do you want to cheat yourself out of outlining your accomplishments and achievements. So, you are in the process of making your resume so you can acquire your dream job.Writing why you left your past job is not essential to put on your resume.Still another resume tip is to make sure that you include all of your contact information at the top of your resume. You will most likely be asked why you left your prior employment during your interview. Highlighting your accomplishments, knowledge and past experience can not be too underestimated when it comes to your resume. It is pretty much understood that if you earned an MBA you most likely graduated high school. It is an easy way to create an effective resume. While some employers will ask that you state your salary qualifications in your cover letter, this is never acceptable on a CV. This is also the place where you will want to put down if you speak another language that can also be beneficial for your new job.. It is not hard to find a resume writing sample, particularly online. Experience is the one thing that employers look for when seeking an employee. If you took some time off for a family or other reason, and prior to that time you had worked in an area where the skills you learned can be used for the job you are now applying, you can include this information at the end of your resume as additional information. Kudos! Creating a resume can seem intimidating, but has been made easier with the advent of the word processing programs that have different resume format examples and resume software. This is a very important resume tip. If you have a post graduate degree, that should come first under the Education heading, along with the degree and any awards.By taking a look at a CV writing example, you can actually learn quite a bit about building your own resume. This is totally unneeded. Don't badmouth your last place of employment, even if your boss was a reincarnation of the Devil!.If you are unsure about how to prepare your Resume (CV-curriculum vitae), you may check out a CV writing sample. If you have a post degree, for example, you should be certain to put the name of the university and college where you earned your degree as well as the degree which you earned and any honors. Anyone with a computer can easily create their own curriculum vitae, but must be sure to follow the different rules for making a resume. How will he or she know what job you're applying for unless you state this in your resume? Under your name and contact information should be a heading about your career objective. One should be for the position which you are seeking. Don't hesitate to make your CV more than one page if your accomplishments, experience and education warrants this. This is not the time to be shy or modest.Making a curriculum vitae isn't demanding. You do not want to shortchange yourself by under rating your experience, so take a look at a resume writing example that pertains to your type of skills so you can see what is important to include in your own resume. With many of them, you simply need to fill in different answers concerning your employment history, skills, achievements, knowledge and education and they will

I've been thinking, and I recon it would be valuable to have a small box on each game that has achievements, simply noting the maximum number of gamerscore and how many achievements there are to get those. Its been said before that either listing all the achievements, or talking about them specifically without any outside comment is "unencyclopeic." So how about a simple template that does it? To me they're a big part of the replaiblity of many games on 360 (and soon PC). So it just seems wierd all these pages on games that have them, but only a link, or no mention at all about them.
There could be an "on the disc" section, noting how many are available out of the box, and a "content download" saying how much is available from expansions available online. To me, that seems the simpliest way to do it across all LIVE games. Because it would get very complicated spliting it up into "paid D/L content" or "free D/L content" etc. Some links to specific sites within the template that go into more depth could be useful as well.
So the code might look something like this:
{{achievements|platforms = ]|discpoints = 1000|discachieve = 49|contentpoints = 250|contentachieve = 8|url1 = http://www.achieve360points.com/game/gearsofwar/}}
I don't have the knowledge to do this myself mind, I'm just bringing the idea to the fore, to see if there is interest. And if someone else wouldn't be able to build it. Thoughts? RC Master 12:58, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
Update: I've added a quick mock-up at the top right. RC Master 13:38, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
Xbox 360 Mexico Pricing
The price on both, the core and the premium prices are outdated, accordingly with xbox official site of Mexico, they should be $3,699 and $5,199 respectively. Because of the price drop, like in the rest of the world.

Shortage
For awhile, demand exceeded supply. Should this be mentioned? 67.188.172.165 22:38, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
Ha ha! Oh, that is rich! Demand exceeding supply for the 360. You just made my day. 24.117.164.51 01:25, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
During launch there was large shortages if I remember correctly. I think thats notable, if you can find some good sources I see no problem with including it. Rekija 00:37, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
There are shortages for every console released during launch, I see no reason to include it. 76.103.75.147 23:30, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
Every console except the PS3 - I walked into my local store on launch day and walked out with a PS3 under my arm (and for the record I'm not an Xbox/Wii/PS3 "fanboy" - I've got all three.) 87.194.60.87 19:12, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
HDMI port
The HDMI port being included as part of the xBox 360 premium in august 2007 applies (as far as I know) only in the USA (and certainly not in the UK/Europe). No announcement has been made as to when this feature will be included in the European Premium Package.
I heard something about when you get the red ring of death, microsoft will send you a new console if its too damaged, so I was wondering if the new console would include a HDMI port. I read it somewhere in the internet.1yodsyo1 15:04, 25 October 2007 (UTC)

Lates Xbox 360 Update
Why was this update released in the down low?
There was a new XBOX 360 update that was released through the XBOX Live MarketPlace on August 7. The Update 2.0.5766.0 is suppose to prepare the console for the new wireless instruments that will be released with the upcoming game Rock Band.
Is there a new update that was relased on September 20, 2007? I live in México and today I found it, but I don't know what this update do. Heretic Exodus 21:02, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
Xbox 360-HD
Is it possible to hook an Xbox 360 to a regular TV, because I've heard people say you need an AV cord or something like that.--Kondrayus 16:48, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
Sales
It says 11.8 m were sold, but it only shows 5.8 m on the chart. Where did the other 6 m come from?Einstein the afrodude 22:21, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
you sir, are an idiot. total xbox 360 sales minus USA 360 sales is still greater than total ps3 sales, so no, the xbox 360 would not fall to third place if we excluded the US, but it would fall from FIRST to second. the ps3 beats the xbox 360 is japan, and that is it. and it doesn't beat it enough even there to make up for europe.
Downloadable content problems with replacement 360's
- I don't think it was noted in the article already, but I think it should mention how replacement 360 consoles cannot play downloadable content for games (for example the Knights of the Nine expansion for Oblivion) unless the console is connected to the internet. It seems there is an DRM issue - especially for poeple who have had replacement consoles/upgraded to elite/multiple consoles per households..

Question2 - is this problem serious enough to mention on the main page? If it happened to me I'd be quite pissed off...87.102.2.76 13:55, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
homebrew development
The last section 'homebrew developement' is pretty much redundant since currently there isn't really anyway to develop/program on the xbox 360 console itself.. Maybe it should be removed - or is there work afoot to bring more to the console???87.102.2.76 13:59, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
Sales info (Aug. 23 2007)
First of all, the article says that 11.6 million units were sold, whereas in the infobox it says 11.6 million were shipped . Its references also say that those numbers are the number of shipped consoles. This new info just released - http://www.vgchartz.com/news/news.php?id=508 - says that the amount of xbox360 consoles sold to consumers (and not to retailers) is actually 10.51 million. The footnote at the bottom of that page says that the companies declare every console shipped to retailers as "sold". Remember, "shipped" doesn't necessarily mean "sold".--Kurotsyn 19:20, 23 August 2007 (UTC)
Well, well 11.6 may not be accurate, bringing Vgchartz into this kind of ruins your point.
7FlushSetzer 20:32, 23 August 2007 (UTC)
What are your points? The main reason everyone's been looking at this months VG Chartz is because it claims the Wii has outsold the 360. Which accurate or not, it's fairly obvious that it has. 24.117.164.51 01:29, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
Regardless of whether the particular source is right or a guess, the question itself is a valid one. This is a complete guess on my part, but based on the PS3 infobox (and I am of course assuming it to be accurate), units sold might only be 70-75% of units shipped. If this is the case this is very significant, and in the absense of a reliable source we should not assume that 11.6 million shipped means anywhere near 11.6 million sold. BeL1EveR 16:33, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
So why not just changed "sold" to "shipped" then.83.100.158.113 08:36, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
Price list
I've removed the price list from the article, as per the guidelines at WP:DIR#NOT, and also because its mostly unsourced, and also highly susceptible to rapid change.
Oli Filth 08:17, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
Should we at least note the current US$ prices? Seems a bit odd that the launch prices are listed but the current prices are not. --Ray andrew 01:10, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

statement about 10mil headstart
"At E3 in May 2006, Bill Gates announced that Microsoft would have a head start of 10 million units by the time Sony and Nintendo enter the market." That was taken from the article, but is it also worth mentioning that despite the headstart Nintendo have now caught up and according to some reports (Financial Times) Nintendo have actually made more sales? I only say this as it would make an interesting follow up to Bill Gates statement in this article about the 10 million unit heardstart. JayKeaton 22:30, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
